High School Girls (7-12 grade)

95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 130, 135, 140, 145, 155, 170, 190, 235

  •  2 pound allowance
  • 3 Alternates for a total of 18 members per team

10 Team Dual Tournament

  • There will be 2 pools of 5
  • The pools will round robin each team in their pool
  • A finals round will follow round-robin Play then all teams will wrestle the team with the corresponding record in the other pool
  • All teams will wrestle 5 dual

Team Rules

  • Two two-minute periods with 30-second rest between periods
  • Each Team can have up to 17 wrestlers on the Team (one for each weight class with 3 Extras)
  • A wrestler who weighs in for one weight class may be shifted to the next highest weight class, provided it is not more than one weight class above that for which the actual weight qualifies. (A wrestler weighing 141 is a 148 lb. wrestler thus the highest class she could wrestle is 160lbs)

Weigh-Ins

-remote weigh ins must be submitted to egilkey79@gmail.org

No Earlier then 9 am on Friday, September 12 and No later then 8 pm Friday, September 12

The top 4 teams will win a central cup team trophy.  Individuals on those teams will also take home a medal.  (up to 18 medals per team.)
