95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 130, 135, 140, 145, 155, 170, 190, 235

  •  2 pound allowance
  • 3 Alternates for a total of 18 members per team

2 24 Team Dual Tournament

  • There will be 4 pools of 6
  • The placement in the pools determines the placement you will wrestle for in a 4 team Bracket format. You Must place in the top 5 of your Pool to compete in the Placements Bracket.
  • All teams will wrestle a Minimum of 5 duals if you advance to the Placements you will get 2 more Duals. 
  • Potential of 7 Duals

Team Rules

  • Two two-minute periods with 30-second rest between periods
  • Each Team can have up to 18 wrestlers on the Team (one for each weight class with 3 Extras)
  • A wrestler who weighs in for one weight class may be shifted to the next highest weight class, provided it is not more than one weight class above that for which the actual weight qualifies. (A wrestler weighing 141 is a 148 lb. wrestler thus the highest class she could wrestle is 160lbs)

Weigh-Ins:

The top 4 teams will win a central cup team trophy.  Individuals on those teams will also take home a medal.  (up to 18 medals per team.)
